Operation Uganda
Rescue. Transform. Empower.
Operation Uganda is an Australian faith based registered charitable organisation, and with your help they rescue and care for orphaned and vulnerable children and create sustainable community development projects in Uganda, one of the poorest countries in the world.
Operation Uganda focuses primarily on the most vulnerable and destitute. All the children in their scholarship program must meet strict criteria of being either orphaned or vulnerable. The women in their empowerment projects are either widowed or solo mothers in destitute situations. Your support makes a real difference to the world’s most needy.
Full Gospel Worship Centre
Full Gospel Worship Centre serves a place where poeple can worship, connect and grow.
They have a mission to spread the gospel in their local community and to share the Word with the people around them.
They have a number of community initiatives serving their community. Their Slipper Ministry serve children by providing them with slippers and special gifts. They also provide educational services and support groups to help people grow beyond their environment into all God ahs called them to be.
Centre for Change
The Centre for Change team work to help and support children and youth in need. They do this at their facilities in a range of ways. Some of these include; teaching life skills (cooking, gardening etc), through their registered education program, through ongoing moral support, Child Sponsorship programs, or building or repairing homes as needed.
They even have access to an evacuation centre which they can use for some of their programs.
Over 500 children have at one time called Centre for Change home.
